By accessing or using Outh Legal Intelligence, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

• Outh is a legal portfolio platform that helps individuals identify, organize, and value potential legal claims, providing AI-assisted case analysis, attorney matching, and document analysis.

• Outh is not a law firm. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice. Information provided is for informational purposes only.

• Use of Outh does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Outh or any listed attorney.

• Case valuations and win-rate estimates are statistical benchmarks based on historical data and are not predictions of your specific outcome.

• Always consult a licensed attorney for advice specific to your situation.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.

• One person may not maintain more than one account.

• Access to Outh requires a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed on our pricing page.

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.

• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.

• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

You agree not to submit false or misleading information, harass or defraud any party, violate any applicable law, attempt to reverse-engineer platform security, or systematically scrape content.

• You retain ownership of all information and documents you upload to Outh.

• By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it solely to provide the service.

• You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload.

• Case valuations are estimates based on statistical models trained on historical case data. They are not legal opinions, guarantees, or predictions of any specific outcome.

• Actual outcomes vary significantly based on jurisdiction, evidence, legal representation, and many other factors outside our model.

• Do not make legal or financial decisions based solely on Outh valuations.

All platform content, AI models, design, and software are owned by Outh and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without express written permission.

• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules, except for injunctive relief claims.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Outh after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email.
